Kenneth Tan, has been in Sales and Marketing in various industries for more than 15 years.

 

As an Insurance Professional with Great Eastern Life, he qualified for Life Membership of the Great Easter Life Million Dollar Producers' Club, and also qualified for the internationally recognised, Million Dollar Round Table award, which represent the top 5% of Insurance professionals in the world. He is also a recipient of the International Quality Award for outstanding service to his clients.

 

He joined Citibank as an Assistant Manager. His responsibilities included serving clients' banking needs, advising and managing clients' investment and insurance portfolio. He also developed strategies to market his services to non-Citibank clients.

 

Kenneth acquired his skills and knowledge in sales and personal motivation, learning and training with the best, including Best Selling Author, Robert Kiyosaki; renowned Sales and Motivation Trainer, Tom Hopkins, Brian Tracy, Anthony Robbins; Marketing Guru, Jay Abraham, Chris Newton; Transformational Presenters, Dr Sundardas, Dr. Deepak Chopra.

 

Kenneth took the unconventional way in education, preferring to equip himself with life skills through experiential learning. He is a graduate of the The Excellerated Business School for Entrepreneurs in Hawaii.

 

Kenneth is also an Image Consultant. He received his training as an Image consultant in San Francisco, USA, under the tutelage of world renowned Image Consultant, Mr. Robert Pante recipient of the prestigious Award of Excellence from the Image Industry Council International, in New York City.

 

Reimond Quek

Reimond Quek takes care of marketing and business development.

 

Reimond studied Electronics and was a member of the Institute of Work Study Organisation and Method (UK) ad the Institute of Supervisory Management (UK).

 

Prior to starting his own business, he worked for various multi-nationals like BP Petroleum, Chiyoda Singapore and Wormald International in various corporate capacities like Engineer, Project Manager and Director.

 

In 1986, he started PPS Industries (S) Pte Ltd and has been its CEO and Managing Director since. The Company was involved construction of MRT projects in Singapore, MRT projects in Taiwan, The Gateway building, Temasek Building, landmark design and build projects in Sentosa island. He had also personally consulted in master plan projects in many town councils.

 

He was also involved in voluntary work in various capacity; Chairman of Parent Support Group in school, School Council Committee member. As Vice-President in The Culture Society of Singapore, he was involved in co-organising the Senior Citizen's Week, a national event, various cultural events on national scale and leading a team of artistic and Culture Society members to Japan for culture exchange programme supported by the Ministry of Community Development and Lee Foundation.

 

As a perpetual student of marketing and with many years of business experience and wide networking experience, he strongly believes in cross industries perspective. With his strong networking background, he can provide valuable input in the area of business development and service culture.

 

Tan Sue Lin

Tan Sue Lin brings to her clients, more than 15 years of customer service, sales and marketing experience. She has worked in both local companies and multinationals firms. She was Deputy Manager for United Overseas Bank Ltd, Business Development Representative for The American Express Inc. and General Manager for Service Leadership Co.

 

At United Overseas Bank Ltd, she was responsible for initiating support activities with the various groups of customers. This position requires that she understands, identifies and fulfils her customers' needs. This has enabled her to gain professional customer service skills, attitudes and abilities to handle the different and difficult customer situations effectively.

 

As a Business Development Representative for The American Express Inc., one of her responsibilities was in handling the various customers' requests and complaints professionally. As well as in recruiting, training and evaluating the customer service representatives on giving and projecting excellent customer service to build customer loyalty and to boost the organisation's image and credibility. Other responsibilities involved promoting the wide range of products and services of The American Express.

 

This task requires that she finds and meets new customers, builds and wins customers' trusts.

 

Henrietta's passion in life is to seek continuous learning and to make a difference to people she meets. She found this fulfilment as a Business Development Manager, Facilitator and Coach in a training and consulting company.

 

As a Facilitator and Coach, she is energetic, encouraging, empowering and very committed. She consistently involves all her participants and empowers them to excel in all areas of their lives.
